Looks like Ace D Copular of the Gangreen Gang who needed a new kidney (Ace gets a kidney transplant) finally has a new one from Sanford D Ingleberry (Snake) here!

I also kind of thought Snake would be the best match for Ace because he is about the same size! Because Arturo's would be too small, Billy's would be too big and Grubber's would be a little too small! (I believe that's how it works!)
Like I said before, I really don't know that much about kidney transplants or any hospital work because I never had anything like that before! 
And yes like I always said, my ideas here can be pretty random! 
I always keep getting random thoughts a lot! 
lol Well this picture tells you that Snake just donated his kidney to Ace and now Ace is living with a new kidney from him! 
Ace and Snake are both in hospital beds with gowns on but half way off because they are showing off their scars from their kidney donation! You can clearly see scars on the sides of Ace and Snake from their kidney surgery! 
I think Snake is the best donor for Ace too! 
Kidneys are one of the most important organs in your body because they remove waste from the blood (that becomes urine) And I believe you can live with one kidney. 
This is in another room for kidney donations, this one also has a kidney poster and a banner that says "Kidney donation" 
And there is also a little table with surgery tools on them too and a machine at the side as well! 
Big Billy, Little Arturo and Grubber are at the side seeing Ace and Snake after the kidney donation!

Now Ace and Snake have matching scars.
Although they would actually be on their backs and not their abdomens I think.
If I remember correctly the kidneys are closer to the back than the front.
